QuickPad is the next generation of wearable hospitality tech, allowing a waiter to take orders, payments and more, all without returning to a central system. QuickPad’s mission is to fuel revenue and and efficiency for hospitality businesses such as Gourmet Burger Kitchen and itsu—and who wouldn't want their sushi a little quicker?
The first device designed to serve both staff and customer

QuickPad needed to look as though it was part of the Pepper’s wider brand, whilst being distinct and instantly memorable at the same time
Pepper is a well-known brand in the fintech hospitality sector, trusted by leading businesses such as Young's and Rick Stein's to deliver unique, efficient, and profitable solutions. We had to create a brand that felt fresh and exciting while staying true to some key design principles that instil trust and security in their long-term partners.
A name that communicated strategic values, brought to life with an adaptive and minimal identity and colours that complimented the primary Pepper brand
Our bespoke ten day brand sprint follows a process we’ve practiced, refined and perfected. They’re no-nonsense, no fluff, and no hidden costs. For Pepper, it looked like this.
And just like that, Pepper had a new brand and a landing page that launched on time and in budget.
We have worked on many projects with Overpass, including branding and messaging, fundraising decks, product development, sales and marketing, and website redesign. They are an extension of our team and understand our business as well as an employee does.
