It is a retainer model that allows product marketing teams to have access to our strategists, designers and developers at a comparable monthly cost to hiring a single designer. You can pause or cancel anytime, any unused time that month will be refunded.
On our Maintain package you get 32 hours per month of design and development. Plus a dedicated project manager. On our Design package you get 64 hours per month of design and development. Plus a dedicated project manager. .On our Grow package you get 64 hours per month of design and development. Plus a dedicated project manager, UX copywriter, conversion rate optimisation, heat mapping analysis and a monthly website strategy workshop.
We ensure all of your time with us is productively spent and used, as we proactively suggest tasks every month to ensure there is constant cycles of improvement.
We work on your website for half a day every other day plus a 5 day sprint every month to tackle larger tasks such as designing and developing new pages.
Just that. We set you up in Linear our task management platform and you can add as many tasks to the backlog as you like. We work through them in order of priority every other day.
As we work on your website every other day the longest you will ever need to wait is 48 hours. It is not uncommon for us to deliver work the same day.
We recommend starting out on a 6 month plan of our Grow package, as that gives us plenty of time for a redesign and usually 2 months of conversion rate optimisation. After that its totally up to you, we are proud to say that most of our clients choose to keep working with us ongoing as a website is never done.
