Brand identity and product design for a future-facing startup set to transform the cold-outreach industry
Tasked with creating a brand identity and the first iteration of their product design from scratch, we worked closely with the Caide team to ensure their bold vision and exceptional concept was met.
From zero to one. Starting with little more than a user journey map and some loose wireframes, there was plenty to figure out, both from a user experience and a style perspective.
The outreach industry is plagued with complex and corporate feeling products, aimed at large businesses with dedicated sales teams. Caide wished to create an identify that was the antithesis of these products, instead aligning with creative businesses where the leadership and management will likely be the users of the product, rather than sales personnel. The product needed to be approachable and useable for time poor users with limited knowledge of this type of new business development.

With the target demographic in-mind, we set out to create 3 unique brand territories that captured the bold ambition and positioning of Caide’s product. The chosen route featured a bespoke dog mascot that embodied idea that Caide was your guide on this new business adventure and would be at your side throughout.
